This energy and focus tea is built on guarana, which holds more caffeine by weight than a coffee bean and releases it slowly. Blended with green tea and yerba maté — the daytime drink of South America for centuries — plus lemongrass, ginger and real orange peel.
Ingredients: green tea, yerba maté, guarana, lemongrass, orange peel, rooibos, ginger, cinnamon.
How to brew: 7g (1 tbsp) into 400ml of hot water — let the kettle stand three minutes first, green tea turns bitter if it boils. Steep 3–5 minutes. Best in the early afternoon.
150g = around 60 cups. Naturally caffeinated — not recommended in the evening.
