This immune support tea is built on rosehip, which carries several times the vitamin C of citrus fruit, weight for weight. It is why European households collected them through winter for generations, and why they are the heart of this blend alongside elderberry, cranberry and goji.
Ingredients: rosehip, cranberry, elderberry, goji berry, green tea, rooibos, ginger, orange peel, cinnamon.
How to brew: 7g (1 tbsp) into 400ml of hot — not boiling — water. Steep 5–7 minutes; dried fruit needs the extra time. One or two cups a day.
