This sleep and relaxation tea is built on lemon balm, grown in European monastery gardens since the Middle Ages. Lavender has ended the day in French households for just as long. We blend both with rooibos, rose petals and orange peel.
Ingredients: lemongrass, lemon balm, lavender, orange peel, rooibos, hibiscus, rose petals, cinnamon, stevia leaf.
How to brew: 7g (1 tbsp) into 400ml of hot — not boiling — water. Steep 5–7 minutes, or longer if you forget it; rooibos never turns bitter. One cup about an hour before bed.
150g = around 60 cups. If you have tried lavender teas that taste like soap, this is not that.
