Where We Ship? We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time? Estimated delivery is 5–7 days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Costs? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and is £3.50.

Carrier? We ship via Bulgarian Posts (Български пощи). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties? As we ship from Bulgaria to the UK, your order may be subject to UK customs duties and import VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with UK customs for applicable rates before ordering.
